One of my losses this year involved my starter getting pulled after 1 inning due to injury, and another one involved the Dodgers losing in extra innings last night. I could easily be 7-1 right now, and people say stay away from the first week of baseball. Whatever. My approach for this year is the same as usual, lay no juice higher than -120 and look for solid dogs when possible. Good example was last night with the Royals in Anaheim, and the season opener fading the Cubs as faves.
Today....
Look at the pitcher stats, recent history, run production this year, and trends and then find me ONE REASON not to take the Tigers and David Price today. I'll answer my own question and give myself two reasons: Indians are at home and Brantley is back in the line-up. That's not enough.
