    Baltimore to win series +160

A little surprised the books are being so generous here.

doubts creeping in, but I still have faith in Buck and his club.

    4-2 O's win series......starting with Norris today.

    also making a play on SF/STL Under 5 +149

Anybody have stats on teams starting down 0-2 in home games and still winning series? Just something to give me hope?

No team ever has come back from a 2-0 deficit in the ALCS after losing the first two at home...

As Mr. Spock says, :"For everything there is a first time". Good luck, it is possible. By the way I did not come up with that stat, took it from Covers.com.

Lol, Red Sox, who were down 2-0 and 3-0 against the New York Yankees and became to date the only MLB team to overcome a 3-0 playoff series deficit. This is harder than ORIOLES beating the Royals.

True, but they didn't lose the first two @ home, that is all that stat is saying. As I say, BOL.

Apparently not when you are down 0-2.

wow it completely amazing all you Orioles lovers are trying to rationalize all the losing tickets you have sitting in your pockets... Its obvious to any rational bettor that Kc is the much better team now... I do agree that home field means nothing here but the Royals are finally performing at the level expected of them for many years. All these guys won championships at AA and AAA together along with a number of no 1 draft picks at the very top of the board. it was just a matter of time before they did it here. Hosmer and Cain are finally playing like the all star players scouts knew they would be. Moose has found the same stroke he had in the minors when he lead the league in homers.. the bottom line is KC played very well against baltimore before they put all the pieces together and now they are dominating them. Baseball betting is not about whats due but about streaks and now KC is one to end the ages
