Cubs vs Rays World Series before 2018

What do you guys think? If the Rays find a way to pony up some cash to keep current players or add players, I believe this is very possible.

    **During 2018 counts**

    SBR?

i think the cubs can def do it

no way the rays can do it. they have a broken down stadium plus they dont sell enough tickets to keep their star players

garza, crawford, shields, price, upton, rodney were all above average to star players who the rays had to trade or let them walk

kinda sad bc their front office is really bright but they have limited resources

Maybe one or the other, but if you're asking for this exact matchup same year then that's a longshot.

Cubs. Lol. Are u kidding? Their fckn lead off and second batters are hitting 200, and that is the cubs future ballers. They let a sub strike em ou a dozen times in 4 innings. They got no pitching. Etc...

#1 farm system in baseball. It's called a projection. Not about today or tomorrow.

Or 2018. Baseball takes a long time to produce polished players.

Potential doesn't mean sh*t. And if some assclown didn't write a syndicated article blowing smoke up Epstein's a$s to distract from their disastrous season no one would be talking about the Cubs farm system. Most teams can make a big deal about their farm system. It's talent that's not been given the chance to fail yet - they're still learning to play.

The Cubs are a corporation that's only goal is to make money. They scout young talent then bring them up and sell them for big profits. They could care less about winning games its about the $$ to them

lol all you want at me, child. You're the one banking on a farm system. The Mets farm system has been second to none for 20 years.

"You lose with potential. You win with performance." - Bill Parcells

You're banking concrete results on abstract projections. I really hope you're not wagering actual money on sports because you don't know squat.
