None of them were at all intentional, they were all with 0 outs or guys on base.

They are going to intentionally walk Braun obviously.
Montero doesn't give a sign and Marshall throws it behind Braun and misses.
Ump walks out, asks him what happened.
Next pitch, Montero doesn't put down a sign again, and Marshall hits him right in the ass.

Look for some kind of action in this game tomorrow if the Brewers don't decide to bean someone before this game is over.
A good manager has patience and waits for the right spot to not blow a game and give the team behind any sort of extra motivation.
I am guessing Roenieke will be throwing at them in tomorrow's game instead, unless Brewers open the lead up here a couple more runs.

It was the right move. Dbacks season is over, pitching staff is awful. You failed to mention that Lohse hit Owings IN THE HEAD. So...yeah, it warranted Braun getting plunked. They also hit Prado or Parra (can't remember) last night which looked intentional when they were up 7-3. Local radio all day was calling the Dbacks gutless for not beaning Braun in the top of the 9th with runners on 2nd and 3rd last night. It was overdue.

You wouldn't get it unless you've been following the Dbacks the last 3 years. There is a disconnect between the pitchers and the batters. Ian Kennedy was the only guy that would plunk guys and defend batters. Owings gets hit in the back of the head/neck, someone on the Brewers needs to get hit. Lucroy was getting up with the bases loaded regardless. Zeigler was coming in to try and get the DP ball as that's his specialty. I'd rather see Braun plunked than give him four across. FWIW I was on the Brewers last night. I was just giving some local insight on why it went down.
