Cubs to sold in 2008
Media giant Tribune is being sold to a private investor and he will sell the Chicago Cubs at the end of this baseball season.
Tribune is in trouble financially, although they did spend money on players/managers. Price should be pretty high.
True story. A guy named Sam Sosa who worked in the Tribune's mailroom/pressroom once got Sammy Sosa's paycheck by mistake. Was in the millions.
