Well I get this bet cancelled at one book because I took it with the listed pitchers and Hernandez started. Still in-play at another. Hernandez blows. Will keep it for tracking as a play.

Taking the pitching edge again. Bumgarner has been rock solide this Spring, while Peralta has started giving up runs over his last three appearances. MIL has done well scoring runs this Spring, so an interesting match-up. I'll side with the pitching to start.

This one's not going so well. Peralta pitching lights out and also going yard.

    Pirates -130

Twins ended a long losing skid yesterday, but have struggled this Spring. Nolasco got rocked on his last start & is allowing quite a few base runners lately. Cumpton has battled this Spring and could be auditioning for a rotation spot with Liriano down with a groin problem.

Pitt may have blown their wad at the plate yesterday....hopefully they can get a couple across late in this game, it may be all they need against this Twins squad.

That was an everyday lineup yesterday, today was more mix & match with a couple regs thrown still in.

Marshall has a shot at making this team, so expecting him to continue his strong Spring. Needs to limit walks. Danks has looked worse over his last two starts. ChiSox have been finding ways to lose more often than not.

TB trots out Matt Moore. Walks still a major issue. Tigs using a reliever parade with Chamberlain, Coke, Albuquerque & more. DET lineup is everyday, but TB has some mixed parts. Moore could be shocked from the face liner still too.

    Angels -105

Tale of two teams. Angels find ways to win in the Spring, Dodgers finding ways to lose. Richards has been pretty good. Lee has been up an down and got demoted after their Aussie trip. He will either pitch with a chip on his shoulder or potentially be bummed out. Going with the hotter LA club in the Halos.

Wow. Count that one one hand - the # of times I have backed a side that worked out a bases loaded, no outs situation that would have lost the game. To the 10th!

    Mets -105

Dice K vs. Morrow. Lineups are opening day from what I see. Morrow has struggled his last two starts, while Dice K has actually been fairly consistent this Spring. He's trying to nail down the last rotation spot, so continued importance for him to do well. Mets are on a skid, so there is that to think about. I side with the pitcher who has been a little better and has something to do today.
