Wacha and Co. will shut down Boston in Gm 2

Yep. Wacha again. Kid is a stud. Fukk the big stage. This kid is big time.

Thing is, even if he manages the first 5 and then gets a little shaky, the Cards have a lights out bullpen that will come in and shut down the Sox. Boston won't put up more than 2 runs in this game.

This series is going back to St. Louis tied.

Papi caught that lock down bullpen lefty tonight late in the game.......Lackey has been good and even better at home this year.....Wacha has pitched well, but honestly the NL compared to AL is like MLB to little league baseball....Wacha may win game 5 in st louis with the pitcher batting, but he wont beat Boston in Boston... Hopefully for you Beltran isnt hurt to bad, because Dempster wont be pitching the 9th to Holliday next game....

This one will not be easy but Cards will pull it out. Low-scoring game.

I took Cardinals ML and the Under as well.

Redsox will pound them again in game 2 as well.
    Wacha will get hit.

Redsox win this series 4-1. Possibly a sweep, but I think
Wayneright will get the Cards a pride win at home.

Man, if there was a "right time" to chase St.Louis in my opinion it would be with this young kid Wacha on the mound and the Cardinals facing a right hander in Lackey...

With that said after my pick on the previous game and seriously one of the worst defensive performances I've seen by the Cards this year not sure if I can back them prior to start time, maybe live-bet, or maybe just be a fan and enjoy baseball. Boston seems to have the "competitive edge" now, you can't cap those really poor mental errors.

Seems to be sharp money coming in on St.Louis however.

    GL man.

Wacha was raised in Iowa and went to school at Texas A&M and pitched well in the St. Louis heat.... don't know this for a fact, but I'm guessing he's probably unaccustomed to pitching in the cold.

How's he going to fare on a chilly 47 degree Boston night with a 16 mph wind?

what makes you say that? most of the overnight money has come in on Bos, and we obviously need to wait closer to first pitch to see more up to date data on who the public is backing.

You're correct in the sense that most of the money is coming in on Boston, and despite that - the line dropped considerably overnight gaining value, while STL lost some value despite having less %.
Now the lines have adjusted essentially, there was just RLM all over the place last night.

I don't take into account line moves and %'s as an accurate gauge to side, but it's just one thing I analyze, sometimes it tells a story.

Sox suck at home and Lackey at Fenway is the worst in the league. Wacka has pitched 23 scoreless innings at Fenway as we'll, at this huge underdog price it makes total sense. Good luck!

actually the book i look at didnt have an overnight line.....just early money this morning (still more pro $$$ imo) was towards bos.

i do see where you would have concluded the cards got played last night....its never cut and dry when looking at this type of data.
