    no one os going to pick up Fielder.

    he has always been a defensive liability, but was worth the trade off for his huge bat.

    now his bat is more of a liability than his defense. At his enormous salary.. why bother.

    does anyone think that this is not related to Leyland's resignation?

    he know he has an A-Rod .. no winning a WS with that on your team.

    why waste great and limited years trying?
