lol @ todays yankees lineup
So let me get this straight, ichiro the only hitter on this yankees lineup that has hit happ really well isnt in today? yea that makes TONS and tons of sense. Besides that only derek hits good off happ and he isnt even at full strength what is it.. his 6th,7th game of the season? come on now yanks dont you want that last spot? Someone help me understand

i guess petitte winning his last 3 starts was a fluke, 3 flukes...against toronto, boston, and detroit. 3 bottom of the barrel teams that he gave up an era of 1.06...wait a second...nah, nevermind. he sucks! cancel the game. yankees will lose anyways.
this game is for sure a "gimmie" to Toronto backers. go large on toronto. pettite doesnt stand a chance the way he's been pitching. and since Ichiro is out the yankees will lose for sure.

And if the OP wants to play LOL at the opposing teams lineup, take a look at 6 through 9 of the Jays lineup tonight, Yankees are actually deeper tonight 6-9.
Take out Joey Bats 10 for 31 and this 3 homers, that Jay lineup is worse. Encarncion is their only legit power supply, and how's his lifetime numbers against Andy? Go ahead, look it up, I can wait.

im kind of hoping that this guy started this thread as a jinx thread, or reverse thread, whatever. it just seems stupid to laugh at the yankees lineup because ichiro is out. he's one guy. last time they played a few other yankees had rbi's too. and lets not firget that pettite has been playing well lately.
gun to head, my money would be on the yankees. plus the fact that they have owned the blue jays, and also the fact that the yankees have been playing really nice lately, my money likes the pitcher that is, "beyond trash" (andy pettite, 1.06 era in last 3 starts vs. toronto, detroit and boston)

Toronto playing with crapload of rookies. they looked ok against Pill Poos, but don't know how they'll look tonight.
the only thing i can say about ichiro is that he looked....off (for lack of a better word) last night. looked slow, out of breath, almost looked skinnier than normal, exhausted or sick or something. that could be why he is not playing
i actually like happ and hope he comes back around. used to like him a lot on the ASStros.
