Does any site keep track of pitch counts in live games?

I'm a firm believer in the importance of pitch counts, especially in certain games.

For example, this Wolf guy for Texas is usually a reliever and is getting the late starting decision tonight. I would love for the O's to drive up his pitch count.

I'm watching the game so I can keep track, but it would be interesting if there was a website for it

Yeah I understand that. I was referring to a website in which all the scores are shown with the pitch counts? Im guessing it doesn't exist. It wouldn't be so hard to have a "balls, strikes, outs, and pitchount" counter. I just wonder if it would be too difficult for the server to constantly update....
