Lol what happen. Miggy almost hit a grand slam? That would've broken the hearts of the Astros to pieces.

    Nice hit tank,

anyone betting -370 in bases needs to find something else to do.

This is the best advice yet. Thinking that Houston should never win a game is how vegas builds new hotels and online books thrive. Some of the comments make me feel good about gambling. There are plenty of idiots who throw crazy money at "sure things" and can't believe it when they lose. Houston may be bad but they will still win 60 games this year and people will be surprised every time.

Which is why I said from the get go, I have the 370, I don't need the 100.
But wow, +370 dogs hit like maybe 3x a year.
    Amazing.

I don't think I ever have, I'll reduce run line down from -210 to pick on occasion, but I don't even like doing that anymore

My dad gave up betting baseball when the 1954 Indians were -350 to beat the Willie Mays's Giants in the WS fall classic.
Cleveland had one of the greatest 4 man rotations of all time, that year they had three of the top 8 ERA leaders in the league.
Early Winn was a 23 game winner, Bob Feller was 13-3, and so on. That team was stacked !
The Indians were 111 and 43 in a 154 game season. 111 out of 154, unheard of in baseball.
Giants with maybe the exception of Mays were outclassed at every position.

Giants were supposed to be lucky to get maybe 1 win out of the best of 7.
    Guess what?
3.5:1 dogs (Giants) swept the Indians 4-0.
My dad, who worked on the Military Base as an engineer and his engineering pals pooled together 3500 dollars and slammed the Indians.
They were baseball freaks, when baseball ruled America. No way the Indians lose that series everybody said to a man, no way.

Buh bye 3500 dollars, which in 1954 was major money

a -350 fav is equivalent to what people would think as if a -14 pt fav lost in football or a 15+ fav lost in the NBA .. its just not that likely

Dam Astros buried many gamblers here. There is no way you should ever bet on a baseball team over -250 unless that pitcher is on a 30 scoreless inning streak.
