    In 19 career starts, Anibal is 8-0 vs Washington with 100 K's, a 1.97 ERA, 1.14 WHIP, & .206 BAA. 6 of those starts are at Nats Park (3-0).

    In all likelihood, the game gets rained out. Same with Baltimore. They're talking about thundershowers throughout the DMV for the next 24 hours.
