Shocked this game isn't 'Zona -125.
Cahill is rocking a 1.13 WH/IP and 2.84 ERA in six April starts.
Last time out he was lights out giving up 1 run, 4 hits in 8 innings in a 2-1 ND.
He's only had one questionable start in the beginning of the year against Pitt. other than that, he's been rock steady.
A-Gon is the only Dodger that really hits him, and he'll probably sit the bench tonight with a bad neck.
Capuano starts for L.A., granted he was good last season, something isn't quite right with his calf since that SD fiasco three weeks ago. (He took over for Greinke after that fight)
His last start, (three weeks ago) he never got to the third inning as SD shelled him.
Snakes rake him also, Monetero has taken him deep 3 times in 11 at bats, Goldy is an ungodly 9 for 12 and two taters off of Capuano, Cody Ross is 3 for 7, and on and on and on...........
Overall, the D-Back dugout is 27 for 87 lifetime off of Cappy, (.310) and Capuano has only 4 innings and change pitched all season and hasn't really gotten anyone out.
Give me the road warrior Snakes at man to man pick 'em with a steady Cahill over an overrated starter and an overrated LA team tonight.
It's the logical play.
