I know man it sucks. CC needs to be pulled. Torre would make the right move, Girardi on the other hand...

LOL, Torre runined Johnathan Bronxtons career as a closer, and a guy who is known for sitting ion his ass for 3 hours while the Yanks were in cruise control.

Hey now, Torre is the man. And who needed Bronxton when you had Rivera?

Please, Torre was perfect for those Yankee teams.
He knew how to handle each and every one of those individuals behind closed doors.
Girardi behind the scenes is loathed by most of the clubhouse.
The veterans can't stomach him, and the rookies have no choice

That sounds like narrative, and storyline BS. How can that even be proved, through player production? Bob Knight lacked charisma and being sensitive to individual players needs, and he won.

Its extremely rare that an individual manager adds or negates a teams season win total. Now Joe Maddon on tyhe other hand...

All things said... CC is one of the more proven pitchers in baseball, and one game will not change that. He will struggle in the win column though b/c the current roster is turrible, by anyones standards.

Way to change to argument, and no I would not say Im a fan of any team. I have lived in Las Vegas for the majority of my life so have grown acustomed to my favorite team changing with individual bets.

Talk to Mike Mussina, Moose had two more years in the tank, but chose to retire than play for Girardi.
He hated (and others who aren't so public) playing for Girardi.
Dictated to Moose how to pitch to certain hitter, like Manny for one.
I can go on and on, but you'll just call BS, so why bother.

Damn, that Jackie Bradley Jr. is a stud. I expect the Yankees to pick him up soon, lol. Hopefully George's kids will finally loosen the purse strings. Those boys are cheap bastards, relatively speaking.

B/c it cannot be proven, unless this has been written about. Is that too much to ask?

The turning point in Bronxton career came in a game @ the Phillies. Dodgers had a three run lead, and in comes Bronxton, who had been struggling up to that point. Bronxton went on to load the bases, and give up two runs. All the while Torre has no one in the Bullpen warming up. Instead Torre trots out to the mounds to try an give inspirational speech, and still doesnt have anyone warming up. Bronxton goes on to lose the game in embarrassing fashion, and blow some more saves B4 losing his job. Bronxton couldnt find the strike zone again until finding a job as the eighth inning man for the Reds last year. Torre didnt handle that Dodger bullpen very well, and I consider him a normative manager who posesses no special powers. I dont hate or play favorites, my opinion alcks bias or emotion.

Well that posts tells the story then. Bronxton couldn't handle the heat and since NY had Rivera, Bronxton wasn't needed. NY doesn't keep scrubs if they can help it.

Red Sox game at the stadium, think it was like '08 season.
Moose has made Manny look stupid his whole career with the knuckle curve, Girardi comes out to the mound and starts telling Moose how to pitch him, pissed Moose off to no end.

I know this because a have a couple of friends in the baseball business.
They know things. I know things because people who I associate myself with know things.

was never the best pitcher in the league and was a compiler

3.68 era and after his first two seasons never had an era under 3 the rest of his career

doesnt belong but then i dont have a guy like blyleven even sniffing cooperstown

"Sabathia twice threw pitches that PITCHf/x considered to be 92 miles per hour. One was 91.7, and one was 91.5. Those were Sabathia’s fastest pitches, as his fastball hovered around 88-90. A year ago, in the first inning of his first start, Sabathia topped out near 95 miles per hour. It is entirely too early to say it’s time to panic about CC Sabathia. Sabathia, given his track record, has probably earned the benefit of the doubt. But it’s not too early to say Sabathia should be monitored going forward. "
I'll be looking at taking opposing teams FF in his next couple of starts.

I heard the yankees only allowed him to eat 2 pre game steaks compared to his normal 5 pre game steaks in a bid to help control his weight. CC told his agent this was payback so he could get outta the game quicker and get back on his steak.
