    Kiwi Punter

    Hey guys,

    Recreational gambler from NZ here. Have had fun reading peoples threads and following a few plays. Creating and profile and thread to track my own plays and get some advice on potential plays. Hope to make a bit of coin, but really just have fun.

    Book : Bet365
    Opening Balance : $1000
    Unit Amount : $50

    I notice on here people are really sceptical about the amounts people bet, so I will post screenshots from time to time of my balance and bets for proof.

    Do not intend to reload, so once balance is gone (which I hope wont happen) thread will end.

    Haha thanks for the heads up I think? Im not really fussed if he or other people think I dont bet enough or I make silly bets. I bet purely for the fun of it to make matches I watch more exciting. Some NBA threads I follow get flooded with people trolling when they go on cold streaks. Just seems sad to bother on an internet board where one can log-off at any time.

    Yes I have a life outside of this board. Yes I am educated (post-grad at Auckland Uni). Yes I have a girlfriend. No I do not live with my mum. Yes I will probably lose alot of plays. Hopefully that will answer alot of his (and others) questions haha

    You seem to be around for a while (since 2008), do you know how to get threads seen in other forums? ie. NBA or Tennis forums? I have noticed a few that I follow can be seen in NBA forum, but are based in Players-Talk. Does this get done automatically, or do I have to do this on my own somehow? Thanks in advance

    They are with out a doubt the best bookmaker on the planet
    better odds
    fast payouts
    and as you are following some US sports higher limits
    I would keep Bet365 for the props and in play
    but would add Pinnacle and SBO
    so you can line shop between the 3

    Thanks for the advice, Im a firm believer of not putting too much emphasis on line shopping (oddswise, not spreadwise), and I probably sound like a newbie for saying this. IMO, if you lose, the odds are irrelevant, and the amounts I wager ($25-$100) will not give significantly better returns when I win. While I understand the logic of this long term, Im just a casual punter, so not really fussed if I lose a few % here or there.

    My main issue is the fee that Pinnacle charges you for withdrawing your own money. Dont really understand how they can justify that. Bet365 is free to withdraw, and is in my account the next day. Plus I like the interface and mobile app for Bet365.

    Ill keep your tips in mind when I win millions and become a professional gambler (I wish...) =]

    Some good value on the Knicks here even without Melo, Amare and Chandler. Although I expect 'Blazers to go on a mini-run sometime soon. Only playing because I have hit one of the two NHL plays.
