As a Mets fan, I don't have much to get excited about. Glad RA won this award. The guy is up there in age, in terms of pitching. Glad to see the crappy Mets didn't drag down his shot at winning.

best knuckle ball thrower ever. invented new pitch, the hard knuckle ball - average around 85-86 mph. knuckle ball throwers before him threw in the 60's and 70's
guy deserves it. not many new pitches invented. first knucle ball thrower to ever win a cy young.
