    Blockbuster Bluejays/Marlins Trade

This is going to be one of the all-timers, with Reyes, Johnson, Bonifacio, Buck, Buehrle...

Yea the Marlins just dropped about 6000 trillion dollars. Those fans have to feel Roethlisbergered.

overrated trade. marlins doing very well being able to dump reyes' and buehrle's horrible contracts. and johnson has failed to put it together after plenty of time. will definitely help toronto put some butts into seats though.

Johnson pitched well down the stretch. He had serious health issues to overcome. Guy is still a stud

what a penetrating steal this is. Jays are officially now contenders in the AL East.

Encarnacion and Bautista RBIs are going to be even higher now (which is insane) with Reyes getting on base in front of them.

Reyes is a huge game changer.

The Blue Jays finally start spending some of that Rogers Communications money. Think their payroll just doubled overnight with this trade.

Wonder if they are going to hire Ozzie Gullien as the new manager too?

If the Blue Jays were anywhere else but the AL East I would be truly expecting a playoff appearance.

The division is so stacked I can only be optimistic they put a few good win streaks together and get in.

the east isn't anything like it used to be. yankees are aging fast with inconsistent pitching, orioles will regress, sox have zero pitching and a bunch of scrub bats. tampa probably has the best short to medium term outlook, but they can't draw and want to move.

The Jays have done nothing to address their biggest weakness which was their bullpen.

i'm guessing your being sarcastic but he probably really is. he's still getting paid his monster contract and now goes to an actual possible contender, gets to hit in front of bautista an encarnacion. guy has been playing dysfunctional organizations all his life, yeah i'ts toronto but he might finally get a chance to win

haha owner scammed the people to pay for a new stadium. public funding for stadiums is such a great use of government resources.

can't imagine how much that guy made off this fraudulent deal. deserves the people right for voting to pay for it.
