Yankees are not going to get swept this game and you can expect them to take care of the over singlehandedly, which they'll have to do with CC on the mound vs. Detroit. Scherzer has nerves, everyone knows this, and he's going to lack the constitution to close this one out for the Tigers tonight as we can expect the Yankees to find their bats after Scherzer gets wild, starts walking players, and is forced to throw crap down the middle of the plate.

YANKEES 8-1 TIGERS

Cardinals, on the other hand, will be dealing with Lincecum tonight who has looked like complete and utter crap this season. Tim will get wild too, but not as badly. Yadi has numbers against TL so I'll look for him to get his weight into one this game and take extra bases at some point. This game will be closer, but Cards coming off last night's momentum make the magic happen. Craig and Freese will play big hitting roles tonight too, driving home runs that Lincecum puts on when nerves get to him.
