    Cards have a real shot here. They just came back in a deciding game by being down by 6 runs. Cards just snuck in and now they are dangerous without a doubt. I just call it unbelievable!

    Several other Tigers hit the Yankee starters very well. Young and Peralta included. Yankees will have to step up the bats tenfold here.

    Didn't Fister beats the Yankees twice last year in the playoffs as well?

    Detroit bats do well vs Yankees rotation and the Tigers rotation does well vs the Yankees.

    I like Detroit to advance.

    NLCS is a toss up but I like St louis. Giants bats go cold at times and stay cold. They cannot afford that vs St Louis.

    Before the 2012 MLB season started I bet on the MLB 2012: World Series To Win Outright futures:

    San Francisco Giants, 20 to 1 odds
    Detroit Tigers, 8 to 1 odds
    St Louis Cardinals, 20 to 1 odds
    Philadelphia Phillies, 5.5 to 1 odds

    Would have been perfect if I switched Phillies with Yankees.

    MLB playoffs futures more easier predict than NFL playoffs futures.

    Giants are going to beat the Cards in no more than 6 games. Will beat whoever survives the ALCS. TL will get one start in the series, go 8 and give up 3 hits and no runs in the deciding game. Will make everyone forget his crap regular season.
