Tigers/A's and Over/Under...Which sides are you on?

Personally, I like the over in this one. The last time Anderson faced Detroit, he gave up 3 runs in 2 1/3, and Oak lost 6-2. The last time Sanchez faced Oakland, he gave up 6 runs in 5 2/3 and Detroit lost 12-4. Sanchez has put up 2 freakishly good starts in his last 2 games while Anderson has gotten rocked in his last 2.

As of now, I am currently leaning Tigers and the Over, but I have yet to make anything official. Curious to hear who you guys are on tonight.

Folks this is a very easy play. Takes As and the over parlay. Don't have to say this is a. Dry big game for As. Look for them to jump to an early lead. Should be close but look for a final score of 6-4 As.

A's backers...aren't you scared at all with how well Sanchez pitched in his last two outings?

15 1/3 Innings: Given up 1 run and struck out 14 while only giving up 2 walks.

Not one bit. Every spin on the roulette wheel is independent from one another. Each game is different. Can't think well it came up red 20 times in a row black is coming.....red could fill the board

    Tigers and the over

Don't trust McCarthy, not too good lately
hasn't pitched in a few weeks, not too confident with a guy who hasn't pitched in that long

I can see Anny giving up 3-4, also
In fact, I think this might get wild, a shootout
Oakland's bats are perfect for beating Sanchez:
Extend pitch counts, wear pitchers down, better against righties
(that's why they can't beat Verlander, Verlander doesn't get worn out. 130 pitch count if he has to)

As for the picking the Tigers, I'm picking them because they're the hotter team and they're the dog
    (not much hotter)
My gut tells me its the Tigers, but I could be wrong.
    Risking 50 to win 158

For real? You're comparing roulette to baseball? Roulette is based entirely on chance. There's a tad bit more that goes into deciding who will win a baseball game. I understand what you're saying as far as each game being independent from one another, but using the odds of roulette as an argument for the A's winning is somewhat questionable.

I think the over is in order here Gentlemen.

We have the winds in Oakland blowing gingerly at about 10mph WNW, and a game time temperature around 65 degrees - that's hot for San Fran. These two teams are familiar with both pitchers. But I wouldn't make a huge bet on this total, crazy things happen in this stadium regarding totals. I'm 1 U on the over.
