    Two strikes on two different occasions on a full count to get a strike verses 4 full freaking Yankee games to win it all. Easily the rangers. The Yankees meltdown against Arizona in 2001 is actually worst than that Boston series.

    What a joke... what a letdown from last year.

    If Orioles win WS, I'm fukking done with MLB, maybe gambling in general. What a fukking fraud. Team isn't even good. Pitching below-mediocre. How many games have they won by 1 pt?

    Yankees were up 3-0, and up in the 9th inning of GM 4 with their best relief pitcher on the mound against a team they had real good success against. There was nothing to suggest that they would blow the game (or series). Rangers, on the other hand, had been trending poorly for the past few months as it was and the A's, who had been sizzling, just caught up to them.
