    Lol....do you hang out with Basket? The Rangers were 1 pitch from closing it out 2 or 3 times in Game 6 last year. I'm pretty sure Washington isn't their closer.

    Can the same thing be said for Dusty Baker? He has been handed teams his whole managerial career, is by far the winningest black manager, but is roundly laughed at by statisticians who analyze decision making effects on productivity.

    The guy has managed some of the most talented and expensive teams in baseball in 3 cities, yet no WS. Look how his team finished the season this year. He is a guy players like, but a complete dumbass otherwise, just ask LaRussa what he thinks of Dusty.
