Phillies/Wash: Wash sitting starters. Yesterday, all but 2 sat.
Cliff Lee pitching for Philadelphia. Jackson for Nats, who is 0-4
vs. Philly at 5.32 ERA.
Yankees/Red Sox: Obviously they need to win to ensure AL East, unless Balt
loses, which they won't count on. Dice-K abysmal this year, but hasn't
pitched since Sept 19. The long layoff could help him.
He also hasn't faced Yankees since 2010.
I can't help but think this game could be a trap for Yankees.
The high visibility of the game could bring
out the best in Dice-K who is fighting for his viablity.
Sox could pull an upset in this final game
against their nemesis, after losing in extras last night. Kuroda is 3-3
with a 4.73 ERA in his last 6 starts.
waiting on lines. with Wash sitting starters, i expect Philly
to be hammered, so will tag them early, but with Red Sox I will
let the public hammer Yankees, driving up the odds.
p.s. was considering the D-backs, but at (-191) it feels like a ripoff.
