Red Sox vs. Yankees Lester going against Phelps tonight. Proven versus Unproven. I guess still better than Nova taking his scheduled start. That would be Proven vs Disaster. I saw a ton of people on the Yankees UNDER 8.5 last night and I felt pretty bad for them after the second inning. Tonight I expect quality starts from both starters. Lester, because he's done it repeatedly for the Sox versus the Yanks. And Phelps is getting the ball to prove he is reliable in tough matchups like this one. Expect the UNDER 9 to cash tonight.

Orioles vs Rays Unfortunately, this series could've been epic but the Rays were denied even after playing so well the past two weeks. So now we have a series where it's all about pride! Orioles still have a slim chance to try and win the AL East while the Rays would like to deny them dearly. Orioles are a bit upset that they didn't win yesterday so expect them to put on a show tonight. Gonzalez versus Shields should be fun to watch but expect the bats of Baltimore to swing heavily tonight.

Well, so much that could be discussed about this game...where do I start? Rangers choking their division crown? Athletics playing with nothing to lose? The improbable becoming probable. Well, as Blackley welcomed the challenge last night and lived up to the pressure, I can't imagine Griffin not doing the same. I expect the A's to continue their roll today and way into the playoffs as this team is potentially the true silent killer in this years post season.
