Dodgers have won 5 straight, 8 straight vs. StL, Kershaw pitching and they're +118?

I can't tell if that line is speaking for itself or if Wainwright is just that overvalued. Kind of leaning toward the former.

    Looks like a major trap

Cardinals SP Adam Wainwright is 2-1 with a 0.70 ERA in five appearances (three starts) versus the Dodgers at Busch Stadium. He also carries a 2.38 ERA versus NL West opponents, which is the second-lowest in history for any pitcher with at least 25 starts

A note on the other side - Dodgers have won all three of Kershaw's starts with umpire D.J. Reyburn behind home plate, with him registering a 1.71 ERA (21.1 IP, 4 ER)

I don't see how that's particularly relevant, given the Waino of today isn't the Waino of yesteryear.

saw this and LOVED the line, did some research. for anyone saying its a trap:

99% Spread, 60% Moneyline - Percent of $$$ on STL..... looks like people are taking the cards, so it cant even qualify as a trap. I'll be hitting LAD hard

Jeff Grant....I appreciate your research, but what does Wainwright's appearances against the Giants, Rockies, Padres and DBacks have to do with tonight's game against the Dodgers?

I'm scratching my head, and seriously can't come up with anything!

I'm seeing pretty even money on both sides....I don't think this game has any value. Coin flip IMO

I see the opposite actually, which means it's probably even.

Agree that just about all of the stats this guy posts are pretty much useless.

Personally, I see the smallest of edge for kershaw over waino, and a good sized offensive advantage for StL. Think a line of -120 is about right. Drops below -110, then I might be interested, but at current prices of -117, i'm staying away

Scores and odds just go to the website and hit las vegas odds for todays games. This is a real coin flip in my opinion and taking the Cards rl is really living on the edge if u ask me. I think we see a 3-2 or 4-3 type game either way so I would lean un if I play this one. GL
