    Any way Verlander and Sale lose today?

    Sale will probably end up with a 3.20 to 3.50 ERA to finish the year (currently 2.19 right now)

    Seems like Verlander has been streaky this year and lost some expensive moneylines, yet the price is still always huge on him. Tigers lost a heartbreaker yesterday, maybe some extra motivation for the win?

    Sometimes its the opposite, team might be down on themselves for not pulling it out yesterday. And with Verlander on the mound, you might subconsciously "slack off" against an inferior team on a travel day. So more emphasis on Verlander, and I dont think hes shown me enough lately that hes worth the juice on the road. Definitely a no play! Maybe take a shot with the Orioles but while I cant bet on Verlander today, I certainly cant bet against him.
