Cain has earned every dime in his contract this year (7-2, 2.41 ERA, 0.94 WHIP) and has been lights out for a month now going 6-0 in his last 6 starts. You always have to take into account the team Happ has been playing for over the last 3 years when you are looking at his numbers, he is coming off a 6-15 year with an ERA of over 5 and is 4-6 this year with 4.54 ERA and 1.50 WHIP. He has been struggling lately going 0-3 with an ERA of 5 in his last 3 starts and the Giants have been really showing great numbers at home over the last month or so going 11-4 in their last 15 home games.

I would take the -1.5 run line here but looking at my stats for the -1 run line, The Giants are pretty much par for the course where they were last year in leading the majors in winning one run games.

Reds/Indians o9 +105 risk 1

I was a little bit worried on betting on this one after hearing about the stomach illness going around the Reds locker room but they looked really sharp yesterday and you never know who exactly is sick. Both of these pitchers have decent win loss records but have been really struggling lately and both have ERAs over 8 in their last 3 or 4 starts,Lowe got shelled against Detroit and the White Sox. The over is 8-3-2 in games where Nauert is calling balls and strikes and Reds games have gone over in 8 of their last 10 home games.

High total but this is an umpire with a small strike zone and both of these pitchers are capable of imploding, most likely it will be Lowe if its anyone, but the Indians offense is certainly capable of scoring some runs here and taking advantage of men on base if Latos and that bullpen is not 100%.

Angels 1st 5 pk -144 risk 2.88

Angels/Dodger 1st 5 under 3.5 -130 risk 1.3

Angels -1 -109 risk 1.09

Wilson 3-0 with an 0.64 ERA over his last few starts and hasnt given up more than one earned run in 5 games. Eovaldi has an ERA under 2 but he hasnt faced anyone hitting the ball like the Angels, his starts this year were agains colo., milw., and seattle. Angels and the Dodger are both playing great ball but I have to go with Wilson here

Rays/Mets u3.5 -125 risk 2.50

You may not see this good of a pitching matchup or these two guys face each other in the world series but you will probably see both Dickey and Price in the all star game. Incredible stats by both of these guys.
