Fade em. They don't have anything this year. They are a over-priced royals team

Sabathia is a solid pitcher but he is not elite and the Yankees paid him to be one of the best in the game.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that the Yankees lose the first game of a home series quite often. Maybe someone knows where to find this info.

They are 6-2 in the first game of a home series this year.

    14-13 (-6.25) in 2011
    15-12 (-5.56) in 2010

    134-91 (-1.82) since '04

sabathia is elite, youre kidding yourself if you think otherwise. how many 'solid' pitchers do you know that can put up the numbers he has for the past 3 years pitching in yankee stadium against the best offenses in the league?

'solid' pitchers are guys like gio gonzalez, pitchers with inflated numbers cos he spent the first few years pitching at the coliseum and now in the NL

Betting AGAINST the yankees has made me big money last week or so, but this is not the spot to do so in my opinion.

Phil Hughes 2.75 Era last 3 games. Hochevar 7 ERA and yankees took care of business with him last time out. Yankees getting no love because of recent skid. If you watched the game last night they were hitting the ball hard, they just kept going right at fielders. The team is collectively coming out of their slump and this is perfectly set up for a break out game. Line would have been -200 a few days ago. Yankees or no play tonight.

I might dabble on Yankees -2.5 +174 or -1.5 +115 at heritage if I play the game at all.

This game could be over early.
