I don't get it. Why is there a ML and a -1/2 line? Does that mean if you bet the ML and the game is tied after 5 innings it's a push?

Yup, same principal . If u take the ml and its tied at the end of 5 you push. On the other hand if u take the -rl and it's tied at the end of 5 u lose, and vice versa w/the tie and the +rl.
