    Matt Kemp! Are you kidding me???

    Just went deep again.

    That's his 12th big fly of the year, 25th RBI of the year, he's hitting .432, OBA is now .500, and his SLG % is .926, OK, the season is only 22 games in, but still, those are crazy sick numbers.

    I hope he breaks every steroid fueled record ever set this season.
    I hope he blows by Bonds, Big Mac, Sosa...........


    p.s. prorate 22 games into 162 games This would be Matt Kemp's final numbers.

    i am a kemp fan as much as the next guy, but tame your expectations boys. he is a notoriously fast starter and once teams pitch around him we will see if he can stay selective. many guys will start to press and chase balls outside the zone, thinking that they have to keep pace with these wild expectations from fans

    Not if Ethier continues his .290 30 HR pace

    Now if Ethier goes into a 3 for 22 slump, than yes, Kemp gets pitched around, but if Ethier continues to hit, Kemp will be pitched to.
