    I don't want to offend anyone here but there's no free money in sports betting..specially baseball. Laying heavy chalk is quick recipe to poorhouse. These are human, not machines. Halladay can't play 10/10 every game. He may have rough outings too. I try to avoid anything above -150. Usually sticking with dogs & totals. MLB is a great sport to bet dogs. Every team plays 162 games/season. They don't give %100 in every game..

    I avoid picking RL on heavy favourites too but everytime you bet -1.5 on a huge ML fav, they always win by 1, lol.

    Nah, man, I'm just saying why do you think +1.5 is a good bet when you clearly know Da Doc is "beastly", as you say. I just don't think that's a good bet, especially when it's a team like the Cubs. Who knows, you may be right at the end. We'll see.
