    The PHI/SF total for Tuesday

The under reached 7 (-167) at one point at Pinny overnight. Wow. It's now 6.5.

On sides, that typically means betting against the heavy juice. On totals, though, it seems to tell a different story as long as the juiced number does drop (which it has here). Looks like the under is good to go.

    Thoughts?

I'll probably be on the over, especially after that line move, only if it holds. On totals when a line moves with an odds flip [and holds] more times than not the fav comes in. Plus a Blanton trend that I have followed for a couple of years. Most are not interested trends, but here it is anyway. If Blanton pitched at least 6 innings, gave up no HRs and won in his last start, the Phillies are 12-0 over since July 2009 in his next start. Funny this same situation happened on Oct. 20 2010....Blanton 5 @ Bumgarner 6...total 8.
