You can create them yourself by betting some on the -1.5 runline and then enough on the moneyline to cover the runline loss (so, if they win by 1, it's a push). So, any book that offers a ML and a -1.5 runline, you can bet it as a -1 runline if you place two bets on it.

Can find a calculator to do it for you -- someone sent me an excel sheet that calculates it a couple weeks ago.

    here is an example.

say u are betting on that 5dimes line of -1 (-127) and risking 254 to win 200 . will win 200 if win and will lose 254 if lose.

u can instead do to win 120 on runline of +131(-1.5)(93 wins 120) and backup the bet of (-180) ml 164.5 to win 93.. if bet -1.5 loses and ml wins u break even.. if both win u get +120 on first bet and +93 on 2nd bet roughly 210... this will cost u 93+164 if u lose = 257

so my example isnt the exact numbers u should use (as he said its a formula).. but u can in effect find out the numbers that will work by doing an above version as an example.
