    Most of the time it says the pitcher must start for the bet to be good. most run line bet come with listed pitchers. so if if you choose listed pitchers both pitcher must start. If fior so reason the pitcher does'nt start the bet is no action

    Exactly, let's say for example Freddy Garcia goes tonight instead of Buehrle. The bet would be no action.
