Rangers World series Price -145. I am on it.

Texas is determined to make up for last years failure and this time around they wont have to deal with a starting staff like last years. Albeit The texas starters arent the greatest and will get hit the rangers wont make all those errors the cards did and there lineup is stacked. St louis is at a disadvantage starting at home imo. The rangers need 1 in there yard and then can go home and get 2 of 3 if not all three and at worst come back to st louis up 3-2 with two chances to win it.

I do have to give props to the cards and they will get hits and runs off this texas staff but the rangers will shred the cards starters and bullpen. Larussa wont get to face the mil hitters who had no experience and fell apart during the big moments. He wont get to juggle his bullpen like he did in the mil series. Texas hitters will get big hits when needed and not strikeout most of the time like the brewers or phils did.Texas plays good defense and that will be one of the keys. I honestly dont think i can take the chance of waiting to see if the rangers lose game 1 and look for a better price.

Texas has been a money maker in the playoffs and i am not gonna stop betting them now.

2 units so far might add more later.

you can take out all the useless talk about how the brewers played, means nothing and don't care.

think this is a coin flip between the rangers and my cards honestly, so not laying -145

cards pitching isn't as bad as they performed this series, TLR was just quick to the bullpen because of being in the playoffs, and it paid off, new series though

and your other analysis was that texas will get big hits when needed, which also makes no sense for you to say, is this just a hunch?

yes just a gamble like your username. if it was a coinflip the team with home advantage would not be a +137 dog.

it would be closer to +120.

this is not a coinflip. texas is the better team and in a 7 game series that usually prevails. unlike the 5 game series where anyone can win like the cards did over the phils.

washington has been using diff guys every night. murphy/young/torrealba.

that might help st louis when you get to texas imo. gives you another bat to add to that big lineup.

true, allen craig can hit, been wishing he could get into the lineup for a while, don't sleep on him.

going to be some high scoring games this series in my opinion, good luck though man

With u in this one LB.

I hate cardinals, most overrated team in MLB, they sux but at the moment they're in BERZERK mode. Their bats are hot. I hope Rangers stop them. Cant stand people calling stl great team because they played good in postseason. form is temporary, class is permanent.

Cards can hit and not far behind on the offensive side

    Overall pitching favors Texas

I say line is priced right

Still digging for inside information, most importantly if Ron is hanging out with boston George piling up the coke before the series starts.

Cards have better starters, especially if Garcia ends up pitching at home, which he should in game 2. Texas definitely has a better bullpen though. Both offenses can put up a lot of runs, it'll be a matter of which offense gets hotter.

    How do you figure?

I'm not sure about this one LB. I'm an AL guy and I'd like to think you're right after watching Texas clean my Tigers' clocks, but the Cardinals are red-hot with their bats, their bullpen has hit its stride and I don't trust the Rangers' starters at all.

Cards will be lucky to win a game against Philly.

There is no way the Cards beat Halladay in a deciding game.

    Cards won't best Brewers.

    Cards are done.

No way Cards close it out on Milwaukees's field.

I'm not surprised people still aren't giving them a chance.

-151 is too expensive IMO. St. Louis has just as good if a lineup and I actually think our pitching is better.

The Cards clinched the series against Philly in their field against Halladay

The Cards clinched the NLCS on the Brewers field as well. Didn't Mil. Have the best home record in baseball???

The Cardinals can win this series.

    Lakerboy,

What do you do with all the futures you had on Braves, Phillies, Tigers, Yankees etc at the end of the season? Do you make a collage with them and frame them over you restaurant office?

baseball gods want STL to win. Everything in the world is going there way, the ball carrying 40 extra feet. Getting all the corners from the UMP. Hitting homers with a terrible swing with one hand. Hitting bloop singles to just fall in, hitting little ground ball singles just to break the infield.
I hate the cards, i hate them so much. But its there year.
