I sure hope so. It's all up to the offense again. If the Phillies lose I will be too beat down to get involved in another season.

you are right Phils are a straight up

    no one can beat Doc

especially not the hottest team in baseball

    with a washed up Carpenter

Unload all you got on philly

Cards were lucky to even get in

    Phils the greatest team ever

phills are the advantage at home. The fact that it is in philly along with the fact that the best pitcher in baseball is pitching (not to mention against a team that he just shut down like 21 straight batters), gives them this advantage, no matter who they are playing.

Definitely do not count the cards out, bc no pitcher is perfect and the cards have good bats... but homer or not, the edge is on philly's side

that is all i heard about 2nites gm (home filed means little to jack shit, unless you are the Brewers who dont lose at home and are incapable of winning a road gm), road teams have now won 9 of last 15 deciding gms....starting to feel like a stl/det rematch to me...never mind i dont mean that....Philly is a

brewers were well over .500 on the road second half of the season and phills took 3 of 4 in milw there just a few weeks back... not the greatest example..

tough to compare tonights game with who again pitching for the yanks? dont think his name started with Doc

anyway... see you guys on tv tomorrow night... ill be the fan with the retro mike schmidt jersey on the camera when the lefties are up, aka when howard is striking out

should be a good one.. heres to the good guys at home

ill be looking forward to seeing you with a very somber look toward the end of that gm

not comparing tonights gm as much as saying that home field means jack shit in these gms. i think the fact the road team has won 9 of last 15 clinchers kinda says something to this extent.

Regardless of what happens i cant wait to see the winner of this gm handle those dipshits from Mil. so if you pricks actually pull it out, GL moving forward.

No! Not a lock but they are almost at a 70% chance of winning according to my calculations.

You have me confused with someone else. Never said they'd get swept. Cards lose tomorrow.
