CC is good for these starts later in the season each year. The big man doesn't have the stamina to be in elite form all season. Throw the heat in and a rare day game. Also like Sunday Night dogs later in the season when CC goes as the usual monster chalk.

Do you have meatloaf for brains or something?
Do you think before you post?

In 2008 CC got traded to the Brewers in the second half and went 11-2
In 2009 CC from 8/2 - 10/2 went 9 and 1 in 12 starts going 7 full or more innings ten out of the 12 times.
In 2010 CC from 8/7 - 9/28 CC went 8 and 2 in eleven starts going 7 full or more innings 8 of those 11 starts.

You do realize CC has been pitching for 11 years, made 346 starts, has missed FIVE starts in 11 years.

Don't sell me this late in the season no stamina shit, you don't know what you are talking about.

Don't be making ignorant posts coming across like you know what you are talking about, you don't.

You can take my posts any fukin way you want. I didn't intend for the post to come across in any way. You want to read into things, knock your socks off.

Sabathia is notorious for falling off the longer the season goes along. And with what he's making, whoever else has been on the staff, how much the offense has scored for him, he will be kept on the mound longer in games. The closer the end of the season comes, the better the chance he gets beat. Whether it's because he's tired or he's looking ahead. As a matter of fact dipshit, he has almost a FIVE era in post season. Go flex with some kid in here if you need to feel so good about yourself.

No, he's not, he's just as consistent in start 34 and he is in start 4.

FYI I faded him too today, except now I need to fill in the second leg.

Open ended parlay, I knew the Sox would ding him today too, and I'm a NYY fan

    Peace.

Nice Boston dog winner. Congrats to whoever had it.

Red Sox lineup is really scary. We'll see how the starting rotation shakes out for playoffs, but this is a powerhouse lineup.

Sabathia told media his Captain Cruch was spiked before game...
probably like 2-3 grams of Valium..

    woulda killed anybody else.

    amazing.

it's sad that people have to drug the Yanks just to even have a chance to beat them... but i guess realistically...

it IS kind of what you have to do.. otherwise impossible.

yAnks need better security around stadium. i'll go there myself if i have to,.

pitching with 100lbs in extra weight... will kill any athlete..

NFL linesman get heavy like that, but they are not exerting the same momentum
and force that a pitcher needs to 100X a game..

having that extra weight is like starting 60 games instead of 30.
it all adds up. his back muscles (erector spinae group) and hamstrings
need to stop his momentum, and hoist his weight back up.

this is like Ali's "rope-a-dope" strategy against Foreman in Zaire.
throwing punches wears a person out.

every pitch is like 2 pitches. He is a fuggin horse,
but every human body has limits. He looks tired out there, like it's a chore.

didn't used to be like that. Eyes used to be cold, calculating, focused.

    not anymore

yanks lose in ALDS 3-1 (any opponent)
