I'd argue Texas has one of the better 'pen's in baseball now

Of course the stats look terrible because they are all pre-trade stats.

Uehara has proven to be almost unhittable in the AL and Adams seems like he should be able to carry his dominance over just fine.

Get your head out of your ass maybe Dan?

I managed to get 7 cents better than Pinny at a standard Australian book.

Nevertheless it's only a small play, but I'm not arguing with the price I got as a value play.

You are a fu.cking dumb piece of shit.

"send an ace-caliber pitcher to the mound, whereas the Rangers start Holland. Also their bullpen is among the worst in the game. Now can you count on Holland to pitch well enough to give the relievers some insurance? Will the Rangers bats be able to hurt Ubaldo?"

Holland is not an ace-caliber pitcher and Jimenez is? Your absolutely wrong with that statement. Rangers bullpen is "among the worst in the game" really? with Yoshinori Tateyama, Koji Uehara, Mike Adams and Neftali Feliz, yeah our bullpen is absolutely the worst in the game, dumb shit. "can you count on Holland to pitch well enough" Derek Holland will take the hill for the Rangers coming off his fourth shutout of the season, and third in five starts, last Saturday. Derek Holland has 4 (FOUR) COMPLETE GAME SHUT OUTS in MLB this year, here is a trivia question....there is only one other pitcher that can say this do you know who? Here is a clue, he pitches for the Philies and he pitched a gem last night vs. the Giants. CLIFF LEE

Do some more research before you look like an absolutely stupid piece of shit. Do I think tonight will be a blowout? no but I do know that Derek Holland can pitch a gem for us tonight. Good luck picking the tribe......

Rox traded him because they apparently got a very nice return on him. i wouldnt try to read anymore into it than that.

still not saying i know how he will perform tonight or the rest of the season for that matter, all i know is his numbers away from Coors this season have been more than solid.

The Rockies got two very good prospects out of the deal, Alex White and Cleveland's #1 prospect (lefty pitcher with a great curve).

Probably because Coors is a hitters park just like Texas Ballpark.

Like I said, you can't count on a pitcher like Holland, even if he's had a few solid games.

3 earned runs and 1 hit by pitch in the first inning, 1 out.

For sure. 3 runs mean not that much against the Texas offense. I only have 1u on the Tribe, so I don't really care who wins. Wild start though.

Well, looks like a very, very easy winner. Vegas wanted to f*ck the Rangers bettors and they did.

Holland was the hottest free agent starting pitcher in most fantasy baseball leagues.
I picked him up in my rotisserie league and he just increased my ERA and WHIP a whole bunch.
In 2 innings, Holland f'd me-he really, really f'd me.

Holland gave up 7 runs on 7/20 against LAA, maybe he is regressing in the 2nd half of the season.

Can't ever write off Texas bats, especially at home. Guns at the moment.
