    if u fall short of halfway 2 the total by the 5TH`s END ,, overs will never see light of day
    & likewise if u exceed halfway 2 the total by the 5TH`s END ,, then overs is inevitable

    example :

    STL 4
    MIL 3 (END 2ND)

    4 + 3 = 7 ,, & 7 exceeds halfway 2 (8.5)
    thus MIL STL under 8.5 (-120) is dead $$$ ..

    Have to love the betting Rockies Overs on day games at Coors. Already 7 runs in 1.5 innings. Took overs in Nats, Rox, and Oakland games and brew crew ML (another crazy ass game) for my day action
