    Heritage something odd...anyone else on this one?

    Ok first day custoner service ok...later not ok...and today not ok..how?

    They start by answering twice during chat and disappear! I mean all of a sudden they do not respond! Are the feds knocking on their fking door or what? This has happened 3x now....
