    its a makeup game. Garza is capable of limiting a team. i dont know i didnt really have any interest in this one. gl

    OAK / PHIL UN 7 -115...Both pitchers throwing well... Outman's six starts this season have all been quality starts plus Phils are struggling at the plate. Doc.. well you know.. A's aren't tearing it up lately but they did hit well last night.
    ROYAYS Ist 5 inn - 1/2 +105...Hochevar pitches better in day games 8-3 as opposed to nite 2-11 since last season..he's tough early on in the game .164 oba first time up but it goes up after that to .339 so I'm hoping the Cubs struggle at first time through their batting order.
    RAYS -135....Happ's really struggling matter of fact the whole team is..Tampa better team overall...Niemann finding his groove.
