The Phllies won 97 games last year, beset by some injuries, and without a rotation as good as the one they have right now. They play in the NL East, with 4, maybe 5 teams better than the Cubs are right now. It surely is a lot of juice to be laying, but I don't think it's that out of the question. Accuscore has this as 74-26 in favor of the Phillies, making it, according to them, a good value bet.
