John Lannan has never beaten Philly

    10 career starts, 0 wins.

Phils -160 must be a lock Wednesday. Easy money.

Nats hit Halladay and Lee with ease. They are swinging well with confidence, be careful.

    actually its 13 career starts and he is 0-10 with a 6.44ERA, 1.72 WHIP, 27:39 BB/K

The Nats are 1-12 in games started by Lannan vs the Phil, with the only win coming in 2007 on a game blown by Jose Mesa and Mike Zagurski

Oswalt is money, the previous loss just shows lee is shaky, this guy is a left hander and phillies murder lefties on avg , love this ride the streak.....

I wanted to pull the trigger on the Phils but just can't bring myself to do it. This game looks like an easy win for the Phils but keep in mind that the Nationals are swinging hot bats and Lannan has never beaten the Phillies. Is Lannan going to lose again or does he finally get a W? Another thing to consider is that although Oswalt is 5-3 with an ERA of a little over 3 during his career against the Nationals but that's also over 15 starts. That's almost half of his games that result in a no decision. Also, Oswalt has never beaten the Nationals on their turf - He's 0-1 with an ERA over 4 in 4 starts. To top it off the line is dropping.

I just don't see an edge but if you're backing the Phils good luck.

2 many people fall into that "line movement" trap... So the line moving from phillies -150 to -120 by gametime could stop ryan howard from hitting a 3 run homer today? or ibanez hitting a double scoring 2 runs? Line movement does NOT control the game. ANYTHING can happen... And rollen being out is HUGE in my opinion.. Kid fukin sucks

Rollins is 2 for 14 against washington this month. 3 game span... leaving runners on base COUNTLESS times
