    What are the tendencies for games after rain delays?

    I took the Over Padres/Nationals, and was wondering what usually happens after a rain delay. There have only been 2 hits so far and they are in the 4th inning. Do pitchers usually decrease or does a batter get lazier at the plate?

    Underish. Teams try their best to finish the game in a hurry. They don't want to bed there.
