Giants/Cardinals - Sachez is a decent pitcher and has pitched well in the past against the Cards. I thought he would give them at at least 6 innings and liked the Giants to jump out early on Lynn and for the pen to hold it. Originally Posted by keel44

Astros/Padres - The Padres are a terrible home team and even when they get solid pitching the have trouble scoring. The Stro's have been hot and beat the ever living hell out of the Cubs in their last series. Norris can be feast or famine but he's pitched well against the Padres. Thought the Stros would win this by a 2 runs at the most.
Of course, it helps to have a but of luck as well

It will turn around. Just don't panic like I did last year on SBR. I had an epic meltdown, started chasing and making dumb ass plays. I stopped posting last year before the all start break but still had one of the worst seasons of my life. What a frustrating phuken day. The Marlines fall behind 5-0, tie up at 5 than lose in extra innings. The Dbacks were behind 4-1 going into the bottom of the 9th, tie it up and lose by 5 in extra innings.
It's much better to be on the other side when these things happen
