    Oswalt has not pitched in 20 days.

    I know he is a chiseled veteran, but being out of rhythm will affect him. I can see him being knocked out of the game early.

    Id have to disagree and I am the biggest philly fan on this forum. Oswalt should not be pitching tonight, and he will be on a pitch count. I personally feel that the only reason Worley is not pitching is bc he has pitched great so far and want to use him as trade bait later. They do not want to tarnish what he has done so far in the big leagues... its a shame bc oswalt could really use another triple A start. On the other end of things, philly can not hit the ball right now...esp. against arguably the best pitcher in baseball so far this year in garcia tonight. Its bad enough without utley and brown, but add victorino to that injury list, and this team really has a tough time hitting the ball. BELIEVE ME, I hope more then anything that I am wrong about this, but dont think i would really consider the phills free money tonight.

    mabey phils should concentrate a bit on their farm system then you wouldnt need all these excuses about injuries cuz this lineup is AAA howard is the only threat
