I'm going through unbelievable loosing streak..I don't know what to do anymore..
It's mathematically impossible to be 1-13..
One win coming on a lucky walk off in the bottom the 9th...
Is it possible to loose that bad?? I mean I should have won a couple by now on luck, error..whatever...
It's some kind of a curse...I don't know how to get rid of this shit..
Anyone I follow looses those picks..as soon as i stop tailing they win 3, 4 in a row....
Any suggestions???What do I have to do?? How is this even faking possible????

sounds like me, what you gotta do is just quit and take a break for a few weeks, i know a guy that cant lose but if im on the same team as him we lose, so i told him not to tell me who he is on.

That's what everyone keeps telling me to take couple of days off...

I even though about fading myself,but i could never pull the trigger...
I just feel like It's such bad luck. Last 3 games i played RL(I don't do it often)..my team wins by 1 run...
It's not that they don't have chances..they would be 1-16 men in scoring position...
Or an error that led to other teams run...or be 0-4 with bases loaded and 1 out...
shit like that..Then there was the infamous Under in Memphis game..with 63 points being scored in the 4th quarter..i feel like they are good picks..It's just always something happens..Errors...
I've tried to switching trends..philosophy,people that i tail...I keep losing...favorites, Underdogs +1.5, -1.5
Result is still the same...

When you had a worse loosing streak..what did u do to start winning??? Do u have an idea why it happens???

Its tough because psycholically you always feel like today must be the day it turns around, then bam another losing day, just lower your bet size for a week until things get back to normal.

You are exactly right about next day thing.. I feel like I'm always 1 day behind...I played Tigers 2 or 3 days in a row...all losses....stopped..They go on a 8 game winning streak...
same thing in NHL...Tampa bay..I played them 2 games vs Pittsburgh on the road and at home...lost them both..i stop..They go on a 9 game winning streak...Then there were Angels 5 game winning streak..I bet on em ..they lose..Shit like that just makes me faking furious....

Sorry to hear about your losing streak. It happens to us all at times...variance will play itself out though.

On a side note, if it makes you feel any better, there is a guy in the NBA forum who is currently on a 1-26 streak. So things COULD be worse. Good luck in the future.

quit thinking about it so much. try to relax. don't put so much pressure on yourself. sounds stupid and simplistic but when I put pressure on myself sometimes it causes me to make errors in judgement. Losing becomes contagious and the more you stress the worse it gets. In the past when I get to the point where I'm like fuk it I don't care anymore whatever happens happens, that's the time I actually get out of a funk. don't know if that helps good luck to you.

Not just some that you feel confident. but ALL of his picks. No one can figure out what bet is the best bet. At the end, it all coin toss. Good luck.

The best way is to go againt ur self my friend. Works 99% of the time.

I have had bad losing streaks in the past and it's so hard for some reason to fade yourself. LOL. I've tried it and just can't bet against myself. I've hit a streak lately where I can't win two days straight. I'll win a day, lose a day, win a day, lose a day. Keep losing just a little more than I win. BOL to us all

Have to agree, if you have a system ride it out, dont waste $ on RL (I was burned by FLA yesterday and it was the first time in a long time I did the RL and should have known). Go into a best of 7 series and start low with one team to win and increase to make up for a loss and pray there is no sweep

Hopefully you have good money management. If you've been betting with 5% wagers then you're in trouble, but hopefully you're not in that position. If you don't over-extend yourself then hopefully your bankroll is built to withstand rough patches.

Just as an experiment, though, I think you should tail GoldenGreek. I would love to see if he hits a rough patch once you start tailing.

Assuming that a 1-13 run isn't tied to bad handicapping or illogical wagers, don't worry about it. I don't care what anyone says, everyone who's been involved in this for any length of time goes through these kind of spells where nothing seems to go right. A couple of weeks ago I was in a 4-16 stretch, then, for reasons that are beyond my comprehension, went 11-1.

Hey man,feel bad for you,we all have these bad strwaks.I've noticed no one asks what is it your doing,3 or more parlays,or straght bets,what???? Cant help if we dont know.If your doing parlays more than two teams together,thats your problem,its hard enough to get two right let alone anymore.Big parlays are what make these bookies rich and us poor.Also a break is an option.

I very rarely bet parlays. I think my problem is when I tail someone that's been hot I jump from on person to another..The reason i do that is because once I start tailing, that's the day they lose..For example a guy would have 8 teams for his MLB card... I pick which games I like out of those 8...I pick 3 games...and those would be the 3 games that he loses while winning the other 5 that i didn't like or did not agree with..The next day i would say OK...I'm gonna do my own plays, pick 2 games...LOSE...and the other guy that i just tailed yesterday that went 5-3..would go 4-0.. Shit like that...
I put everything that I had left on Tampa NHL..if they WIN I will try to tail GREEK..(see what happens)
If they LOSE..I will try tailing him after i reload in a couple of days..Will see what happens later today....
Meanwhile THANKS everybody that took time to offer Advise and Support..
Means a lot..I feel better now....Maybe negative thoughts and attitude attract bad Karma.
