SpyCasino (SBR rating F) sportsbook closes with player funds
Futurebet’s SpyCasino was accepting deposits until as recently as late August and has owed players since late 2006. During the last year the sportsbook served as a deposit-only scam site for Futurebet. The domain name has expired and players are no longer able to see their account balances. SpyCasino was the second Futurebet-operated site to close with player funds in two weeks. USDbet (SBR rating F), which primarily marketed to sports forum posters, also went off-line with a debt to players. Futurebet now claims to be IGaming Software and unaffiliated with the Futurebet brand. Oddsmaker (SBR rating D-) and BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) are the main sources of revenue for the group.

The sportsbook wrote SBR less than three months ago to say they were going to begin paying users.
Dear Bill, usdbet is under new management and finally doing its own processing. Software will remain the same, however the problem was with processing not the software. We are paying out all pending withdrawals, so please redirect players who have contacted you with withdrawal problem to this mailing address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you. Best regards, James usdbet.com
Scammed sportsbook webmasters leave Futurebet; open new operation
In the fall of 2007 Futurebet-hosted betting sites began to realize that player deposited funds, bookmaking profits, as well as money on hand for withdrawals were stolen by the provider. Futurebet, now calling itself iGaming Software, claimed it was broke and could not pay its books or their players. Some of the Futurebet brands like USDbet (SBR rating F) and Monkeybet (SBR rating F) stiffed users and abandoned their sites. Others absorbed losses and attempted to stay in business, doing their own processing. SafariCasino (SBR rating D) and Dimeline Sports (SBR rating D) are two books that sustained hits by their business partner, continued to use Futurebet’s software and hosting while using internal processing resources. The two books left Futurebet this past week, setting up new servers and their own software in Curacao. SBR will speak with ownership and reevaluate the new gaming group in early September.

New Bet911 (SBR rating D-) player complains of stalled payout
The sportsbook was downgraded to D- earlier this month after two players filed new payout complaints. Bet911 shows signs of trying to survive until it can obtain funds from new players at the start of football season. Like USDbet (SBR rating F), the small sportsbook’s marketing efforts were directed to players on posting forums. Bet911 advertisement banners currently promote a 100% bonus.
Player: I currently have over $10000 in my account with them (account xxxxxx same e mail). I have been a customer for several years but this seems to count for nothing. I send e mail requests asking for a breakdown of how and when I will get paid which either remain unanswered or get misdirected within Bet911 (apparently). If they do reply it is never to my question but offering me the ‘opportunity’ to request a payout. Woi I’m so honoured. Their ‘opportunities’ have resulted in me receiving only $2000 in the last four months.
