Update: QuickSilver Sportsbook headed offline?
A QuickSilver Sports (BetQS) player reports being unable to access his account. The player’s balance with BetQS is $7,378.
On July 21st, SBR reported that BetQS was no longer offering live help, telephone or email support. QuickSilver users have reported being owed more than €32,000 for over one year. QuickSilver is currently rated D- by SportsbookReview. Sportsbooks rated from D- to F are included in the SBR Sportsbook Blacklist.

QuickSilverSports payout complaints
QuickSilverSports (sportsbook rating D) players have not been paid. On December 7th, SBR reported on QuickSilverSportsfinancial problems. Players have reported being owed over €20,000. QuickSilver’s owner claimed to be traveling and stated that an interest in discussing the complaints reported by SBR. To date, no discussion has taken place. QuickSilverSports (SBR rating D) players have reported being owed over €20,000. QuickSilver has provided only generic e-mail responses to players. QuickSilver’s owner claimed to be traveling and expressed a willingness to discuss the sportsbook’s financial troubles with SBR, but was absent for a scheduled teleconference last week. QuickSilver has been downgraded to D. Players experiencing payout delays with QuickSilver are asked to submit sportsbook complaint forms.
QuickSilverSports payout complaint #8
QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) payout complaint. On September 12th, a player requested a $5000 withdrawal via Moneybookers and has yet to receive payment. This is the eighth outstanding complaint against QuickSilver. QuickSilver has not communicated with SBR regarding its financial issues. QuickSilver players have reported being slow-paid a total of €13,541, with the earliest withdrawal pending since July 15th.

A seventh QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) payout complaint has been reported. On October 11th, a player requested €1000 via Moneybookers. He has been given only generic messages regarding his withdrawal status thus far. QuickSilver players have reported being owed a total of €9,868, with the earliest withdrawal pending since July 15th.
QuickSilverSports complaints remain outstanding
QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) has not paid any of the 5 players that reported payout complaints. QuickSilver has provided only generic responses to both players and SBR. The players are owed a total of €8,868, with the earliest withdrawal request made on July 15th. SBR will update this report.
QuickSilverSports downgraded to C-
QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) update. Slow-pay complaints #4 and #5 were submitted against QuickSilverSports. Player 1 asked for a withdrawal of £1376 on August 4th. Player 2 requested €1890 on September 24th. Neither player has been credited their funds. QuickSilverSports is not currently cooperating with SBR, and has been downgraded from C to C-.
Two new QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C) payment complaints have been reported. On July 15th, a player requested $5000 via Neteller. The second player asked for $1000 by Moneybookers on June 8th. Each player reports that their withdrawal requests disappeared, and they had to resubmit the payout requests. Neither player has been paid. QuickSilver has thus far provided generic responses to SBR.
QuickSilverSports complaint update
On September 6, 2010, SBR reported that BetQuickSilver (SBR rating C) was slow-paying a player $3174. After SBR contacted BetQS, the sportsbook told the player that his withdrawal will be completed in the next 7-10 days.

A second QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C) payment complaint has been reported. On August 1st a player asked for a withdrawal of $3,174 through Moneybookers and has yet to receive his funds. The player states that QuickSilver has not provided an update on his payout status. This is the second outstanding QuickSilver payment complaint.
