Online sportsbook HRWager (SBR rating C) recently completed a move to the BetPhoenix platform. HRWager is using the BetPhoenix software and hosting. HRWager Sportsbook complaint
Update: Sportsbook Review has spoken with both the player and HRWager management. A statement was provided by HRWager concerning the dispute; the player has confirmed that he was told his payout was erroneously voided by the third party processor in question, and is following up with the third party to correct the situation. The dispute is considered closed.
An HRWager Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has launched a complaint in the SBR posting forum. The player has claimed he has not received $700 allegedly sent by the sportsbook in a withdrawal requested this week. He has been advised by the payment processor in question that the funds could not be retrieved.

HRWager has been added to the SBR sportsbook ratings guide at C-. HRWager is run by the former 1Vice Sportsbook co-manager.
